Today I’m talking about three closet staple pieces everyone needs for summer — a lightweight cardigan + comfy wedges + classic t-shirt. I swear I wear these three items all the time!

First of all, this long, super lightweight cardigan is so perfect for those summer nights when it cools down. It can also double as a fun swim cover-up when you head to the beach! I love me a piece of clothing that can be used for more then just one event. These wedges can add a pop of color to any basic summer outfit! These ones are the perfect height and so comfortable that I can wear them around all day even with all the little people. Finally, this basic tee is a must  have for summer! I absolutely love J. Crew’s fitted t-shirts. I swear I have one of every color in my closet, but you can never go wrong with the classic white tee. You can wear this basic, more fitted tee with any jeans and you can also pair it with a pencil skirt to dress it up for church or date nights. The options are endless.
