I wanted to share our family favorite dip before Christmas because it’s a great snack to have around during the holidays, especially if you’re hosting! It’s such an easy recipe that everyone will love!
– INGREDIENTS –
2 packages of jimmy deans sausage
14 oz salsa of your choice
14 oz diced green chilis ( if I want it a little spicier, then I do half green chilis and half jalapenos)
1 pint sour cream
16 oz cream cheese
– INSTRUCTIONS –
in a pot, simmer the sausage, salsa, and green chilis together for 20 minutes
then add the sour cream and cream cheese
stir together and service with chips of your choice
** This recipe is doubled because I’m always making it for a lot of people! So you can cut this recipe in half if you aren’t serving a lot of people.**
. . .
Let me know if you try this recipe! It’s seriously so good!
Sausage – like the cruMnles??
Just made your dip recipe and it is so so good!!! I let it cool and put it in a crock pot in the fridge and will pull out as an appetizer and snack when we are hosting Family on ChristMas eve. Now it is on my list to make for our new years party too! Thanks kailee!! Merry christmas!!! ⛪️✝️❤️☃️
What kind of salsa do you use?
