About a month ago my friend Cara from Maskcara and I finally had a chance to get together and do my make up!!! I’ve been dying to have her work her magic and it’s taken us forever to get together — but it finally happened. I’ve never had anyone ever do my makeup before so this was such a treat!
I have to share a bit about Cara because she is such a gem + I feel so blessed to call her a friend!! She came out with her own makeup line over a year ago and it sold out in hours!! Fast forward a year and I can NOT live without her makeup!!! Seriously, I haven’t used anything else on my face for months. (it took awhile to get my right colors…because they kept selling out) It literally takes me FIVE minutes to do my makeup now and most days I can do it in the carpool line. haha. It’s been a game changer for me.
I’m sure you’ve seen all those amazing “makeup” bloggers…you know the ones who can contour and highlight with the best of them. Well, I’ve tried to do this whole HAC thing and after trying several times and wasting way to much time (that I don’t have) I finally gave up on the whole highlighting + contouring. Until Cara showed me how easy it was!! Plus when everything is in one compact it made it so much easier!!I

IIID Foundation in walnut + aura + moonlit + pink grapefruit
Eyes: trust (as liner), penny on the lid & sabrina to highlight colouropop brow pencil in black n’ brown
lips: sebastian lip pencil + YSL #1 nude lip color
Brushes: This is one of the brushed Cara used on me. I now ONLY use the 30 Second HAC Brush + a one more new one that coming out before Christmas!! (I’ll let you know the second it is out)
