Is anyone else still struggling to wear real clothes post quarantine? My body got way too used to all things cozy loungewear, and the thought of real jeans and structured clothes is not ok with me! Haha! I’m all for a good pair of pajamas, but when I say loungewear, I mean the type that you could get away with wearing in regular leave your house life. And finding pieces that are both real world appropriate AND comfortable can be hard to find! So today I am teaming up with Walmart Fashion to share some of my recent loungewear finds that check both boxes! When it comes to picking out loungewear that you plan on styling for outside the walls of your home, I have a few tips to keep in mind.

:: SIZING MATTERS
While loungewear should equal all things comfortable and cozy, aka feels like pajamas, our goal is to not have it look like you just rolled out of bed and sizing plays a big part of that. When picking out loungewear, try to have at least one part of the set or outfit be fitted. Super oversized sweat pants and an oversized hoodie are going to look much less put together than a more fitted pair of and a looser top. It is all about balance and not completely hiding your shape.
:: THINK VERSATILE
Another thing to consider is the versatility of the item you are buying. I LOVE finding loungewear that can go from keeping me company cozied up by the fire, to styled for date night with a cute over coat and boots. Sets that can be styled as separates are a great option too. You can take the oh so cozy top, and pair it with jeans and sneakers for an on the go or date night look.
