Friendsgiving!! Have you ever hosted or been to one?! I first heard about it back when we were in med school for Joe. When you are in a school or residency setting like that, most people are pretty far away from family, so it can be hard to travel home for Thanksgiving. Insert Friendsgiving! The same idea of gathering with those you love most, friends style.
I’ve always loved the idea of it, even on the years when we have been near family, but hosting it just seemed so overwhelming when you usually have so much on your plate for Thanksgiving too. But my cute friends Rachel + Jamie from The Revelry Co have changed all of that! They have incredible eyes for design, plus they are event and party planning queens! I told them my vision and they brought it to life better than I could’ve imagined (see pictures below!). And the best news!
