The pantry is one of my favorite parts of our home. I love it so much because I’ve worked with Neat Method a few times to make sure that it’s absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. If you know me, you know I love a well-organized, efficient space for myself and our kids to make lunches, prepare meal prep, or grab snacks on the way out the door. So I thought it would be both fun + helpful to share some budget friendly pantry storage pieces that I think will help transform your pantry from hot mess to no stress!!
:: SPICE STORAGE
Fun fact, I don’t really keep that many spices in our home. We only use a few consistently and I don’t see the point in stocking up on spices we won’t use often. With that being said, I do know that spice organization can be tricky. Not only are you stuck with a bunch of different sized spice containers, but the labeling is not always easy to read or either! It shouldn’t be that difficult to find what you’re looking for, with the right tools!

:: DRY GOODS STORAGE
I think that a lot of people may overlook the importance of putting your powdered goods in sealed, organized containers but I’m telling you, this will save you money in the long run! Knowing exactly how much we have left and being able to use every last drop, rather than letting an old bag get pushed around to the back of our pantry and spilled is a game changer. Having streamlined containers for your flour, sugar, cereal, protein powders, and other dried goods not only makes your pantry look AMAZING but also helps you know exactly what you have and what you need more of when the time comes.

:: GRAB AND GO STORAGE
This one is important to the littles in our home! I love to have them choose snacks on their own but I don’t love when it becomes a huge mess. No thank you. So when we worked with Neat Method to make our pantry exactly what we needed, we decided to make sure that anything I wanted them to be able to grab on their own was in individualized bags and anything I wanted kept out of reach was put up high (aka – big bags of chips and candy). We love to use drawers for our grab and go storage so we just added drawer separators that are expandable and keep everything neat and tidy. If you have drawer space for this, it’s such a great option! If not, I’ll link a few baskets and bins I love.

:: CAN STORAGE
Oh, canned storage. This is a big one here in Utah because we love to stock up in case of emergency! But there are two important thing to remember with cans. One, you need to be able to easily see what you have. And two, you need to easily grab the can that has the soonest expiration date. There are many different ways you may decide to store your canned goods but in my opinion, consider how many cans you keep and use regularly before you purchase storage options.
