So, I already have the holidays on my brain — partially because Hunter’s birthday is the beginning of November and this year we are going home for Christmas!! We haven’t been home with our families for Christmas morning in over FOUR years — so to say I’m excited is an understatement.

So I thought I’d share a few of my favorite things (besides my little people) and why I love to give them and receive them as gifts, because you know I’m already shopping for people.

Hunter boots have been one of my favorite gifts to give to my kids + they’re by far the most used gift in our house throughout the entire year! Nana now gives my littles a new pair of every year and it has become a tradition. (Houston just needs a pair) They’re the perfect gift because they last so long. We are talking years friends, and  I can pass them down from kid to kid. Also, they wash up nicely + look like new after a simple clean up.

A huge reason I love my boots is because I can wear them with everything, from dresses to jeans to joggers. They seriously go with anything and are a perfect boot for the fall! Sizing for women in Hunter Boots can sometimes be tricky. Hence, the reason I love Nordstrom so much — because of their free shipping + returns. You can order a few sizes and colors, try them all out and return them anytime for free!

Also, did you know if you happen to have a smaller foot you can fit into the kids size? That are also cheaper!! Yes trust me, I have a purple pair in kids. So don’t be afraid to order a few to fit your right fit.

Another one of my favorite things/gifts are my Alex and Ani bracelets and my “H” initial necklace. I love my necklace and bracelets because they mean something or have a memory tied to them. I don’t wear a ton of jewelry and when I do, if you’ve followed along for awhile I’m sure you’ve already noticed, I wear the same items of jewelry over and over again with every outfit. I love the simple necklaces and bangles because they’re just timeless and classy.
