Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy Fall!!! If there is one food that screams fall to me it is PUMPKIN SPICE. I swear you can find it in just about any variety. And while some are a little to out there for me, these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are an absolute favorite!! With just 3 ingredients, they are quick and easy to whip up with your kids and I promise they are so delicious you will have them on repeat all season long!

3 INGREDIENT PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE

: PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

– INGREDIENTS –

1 30 oz can pumpkin

2 Spice Cake Mix (just the mix not the eggs, oil, and water)

1 bag Chocolate Chips of your choice

 

– INSTRUCTIONS –

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all 3 ingredients until well combined.

Scoop into balls (around golf ball ish size) onto cookie sheet.
**Note these don’t rise a lot so the size of your ball will be about the same as your cookies.

Bake for 13-15 minutes and Enjoy!!

 

– KITCHEN FAVORITES –

 

** Want an excuse to eat these for breakfast?! Make them into muffins instead!! Mix up the same 3 ingredients and scoop into a muffin tin. (fill about 3/4 full) Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 and enjoy!
